South Coast Pinot-Gris
is produced since 1991 from the grape variety with
a similar same name that grows on the sunlit slopes of the mountains.
The grapes are harvested when grape natural sugar content is
not less than 26%. After two
years of aging in oak casks the resultant wine
contains 20% sugar level, alcohol - 16.
Golden color with deep apricot tings. Delicate
bouquet, typical of this grape variety. Full, oily, well balanced
palate with a hint of a rye crust. This elegant wine comes nicely with
any gala party or celebration.
